All files in our store are available, and after successful payment, our system automatically sends an invoice email with a download link from [email protected]. If you don’t see an email from us in your Inbox, please check your Spam and Promotions folders, as our emails are sometimes directed there.

If you’ve searched all folders and still can’t find our email, it’s possible that it was blocked. Why might this happen? Because the invoice email is automated and contains download links, your email’s security system may mistakenly flag it as suspicious and block it.
